LaFiesta Mexican has renewed its committment to Villa Rica at Mirror Lake Publix for another 5 years. Fantastic Sams has signed a new lease in Ellenwood GA in a local Kroger center. 





New Retail Momentum Continues in May with 5 New Leases Signed

    191 Peachtree --  Shopping center leasing and tenant expansion continues at a brisk pace in late April and May with 5 new retailers signing contracts totalling nearly $1 million in new aggregate revenue for our client's properties.

    - Fuegeo's Mexican Kitchen signed a 1,200sf lease in Commerce Crossing - 1/2 mile from Tanger Outlets.

    - A new restaurant lease was signed at Belvedere Plaza located in Decatur, GA.  Fairmont Capital is the owner of this 275,000sf power center.

    - One of the USA's most successful franchises, Molly Maids of Gwinnett signed an office lease in Duluth to expand into north Gwinnett.

    - Legends Liquor will open in early June in Panama City Beach at Nautilus Station owned & developed by Goodman Properties. 

    - Subway corporate signed a long term lease at Terraces at Perimeter located near Perimeter Mall in a 2 million sf office towers owned by The Rubenstein Company.
