Wade Green Village to Open 3 New Businesses in Feb 2010
Date Posted: 1/8/2010  KENNESAW ---- RW Senior Director Sherri Sparrow has negotiated three (3) new retail leases at Wade Green Village for a total of nearly 10,000sf. The restaurants include Ayman's Bistro, Piece, Love & Pizza, and Blend It Up Smoothie and are expected to open in February. More than $1 million dollars value of renovations have shaped this iconic center into a major force in the community during 2009. Anchored by a new 80,000sf L.A Fitness and 40,000sf Big Lots, the center includes 10 retailers most of whom have been with Wade Green for longer than 8 years. Hillcrest Partners based in Dallas, TX owns the shopping center and is responsible for both the renovations and property management and approving the leases negotiated by RetailWorks. RetailWorks is responsible for leasing the 180,000sf shopping & power center located minutes from Kennesaw State University’s sprawling campus, and the vibrant interchange of I-75 and Wade Green Road.
